Does God really protects us from evil?

Does He protect from sickness?

What exactly does God protects from?

This introduction should start with Romans 12:19 and Acts 9:4. The reason is that everything stood on Jesus when he said: "do not avenge yourselves, dear friends, but give place to God's wrath, for it is written, Vengeance is mine, I will repay." Jesus said to Saul: "Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?" Emotions were coming from Jesus when He talks to Saul. That is one reason why He said Saul twice. That shows that more than the church, more than Christians, more than what Saul believed. Saul had all the truth about God. Saul missed the part in the Torah about Christ who came to Earth to save humanity through the cross. Even though it was prophesied (Isaiah 9:6", Micah 5:2, Isaiah 7:14, Jeremiah 23:5-6, Jeremiah 23:3, Psalm 118:22, Zechariah 9:9, Psalm 22, Daniel 9:25-27). You would start to think about how can Saul have missed all this. It is because Saul was a Pharisees. Jesus was rebuking Pharisees because they were worshipping themselves. Jesus mentioned this many times in the New Testament about how they are vipers and so on.

John15:7, "If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you." That is where you start praying about everything, yes, everything. You are sick; you pray. Your car broke down; you pray. You lost your job; you pray. You see someone on the news who killed someone, and you pray that God will save him/her. You keep praying about everything you see, hear, touch. God will definitively hear everyone who prays.

That is part of Jesus' way of saying I am protecting you. "If you do not get the healing you thought you would get, it is not because God did not hear you. It is because God will save you from death but not in the way you think." Remember that when we die on Earth, we go to Heaven. As I was writing this part. I felt God's strong words to pass this on to you: "Do not cry children because you do not understand; instead, be glad that I am holding on to you and you might be on your way home."

God said he would protect us in everything we do from the moment we are born in Christ. Look at Paul in Acts 14:19. Jews from Antioch and Iconium and other folks dragged Paul and stoned him to death. Then they went on their way, thinking he was dead. Jesus was protecting him; that is why Paul stood up and went back into the city. In the next days, he left with Barnabas for Derbe. God can not stop helping His children; He loves them too much.

Psalm 91:1-16 has many words to help us understand and to follow God so He can protect us.

"As for you, the one who lives in the shelter of the Most High, and resides in the protective shadow of the Sovereign One—I say this about the Lord, my shelter and my stronghold, my God in whom I trust—he will certainly rescue you from the snare of the hunter and from the destructive plague. He will shelter you with his wings; you will find safety under his wings. His faithfulness is like a shield or a protective wall. You need not fear the terrors of the night, the arrow that flies by day, the plague that stalks in the darkness, or the disease that ravages at noon. Though a thousand may fall beside you, and a multitude on your right side, it will not reach you. Certainly you will see it with your very own eyes—you will see the wicked paid back. For you have taken refuge in the Lord, my shelter, the Most High. No harm will overtake you; no illness will come near your home. For he will order his angels to protect you in all you do. They will lift you up in their hands, so you will not slip and fall on a stone. You will subdue a lion and a snake; you will trample underfoot a young lion and a serpent". The Lord says, “Because he is devoted to me, I will deliver him; I will protect him because he is loyal to me. When he calls out to me, I will answer him. I will be with him when he is in trouble; I will rescue him and bring him honor. I will satisfy him with long life, and will show him my salvation.” Even though that was written in the Old Testament, it applies to all of us in Christ Jesus.

Here is another verse, this time from Isaiah 41:10, which also confirms what God is doing for His people: "Don't Be Afraid, for I am with you! Don't be frightened, for I am your God! I strengthen you -- yes, I help you -- yes, I uphold you with my victorious right hand!" By now, there should be no doubt that God has compassion for His people either from the Old or New Testament times.

Let be clear on this. God is faithful in everything we do. He will strengthen us and protect us from the evil one (2 Thessalonians 3:3). That can not be debatable. God's children are protected. No one from anywhere can take his children away from Him. You must understand this, and you must exercise your faith. That is everything that God stands for and then some. "If God is for us, who can be against it? (Romans 8:31) Let's read another verse to make sure you understand His words from the Bible, "We know that everyone fathered by God does not sin, but God protects the one he has fathered, and the evil one cannot touch him (2 John 5:18)."

Here some word of wisdom from Jesus himself: "I give them eternal life, and they will never perish; no one will snatch them from my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one can snatch them from my Father’s hand. The Father and I are one (John 10:28-30).” As you can read, this is the proof that God will not let you go once you have made your decision of being with Him or away from Him.

Here is a beautiful prayer from 2 Timothy 4:18, "The Lord will deliver me from every evil deed and will bring me safely into His heavenly kingdom. To Him be glory forever and ever! Amen." How does this compare to anything from this world? Nothing compares to the majesty of God.

God will always help you learn something, and He will never give you anything that you can not handle. But He will make sure that you grow so you can take more challenging trials or tests. Look at 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No trial has overtaken you that is not faced by others. And God is faithful: He will not let you be tried beyond what you are able to bear, but with the trial will also provide a way out so that you may be able to endure it." If you are teachable, God will help you learn as much has you like. Words of God are the best power you can have against the evil one.

Please read Romans 8:18-39. Here I will show one-third of that reading. Romans 8:26-30, "26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness, for we do not know how we should pray, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with inexpressible groanings. 27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes on behalf of the saints according to God’s will. 28 And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, who are called according to his purpose, 29 because those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that his Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. 30 And those he predestined, he also called; and those he called, he also justified; and those he justified, he also glorified." Those verses talked about saints and foreknowledge. These saints are the people who are born again in Christ Jesus. Once you have decided to join Christ and want to come home in heaven, you become saints, His saints. God foreknew you from the beginning of time.

Here is another that will reinforce who our God is: "So we can say with confidence, The Lord is my helper, and I will not be afraid. What can people do to me (Hebrews 13:6)?"

This one from Revelation is for all saints and was shown to John to pass it on to everyone. Revelation 1:1, "The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him his servants what must happen very soon. He made it clear by sending his angel to his servant John." You will notice here that servants are spelled in the plural, meaning more than one, and the next servant is singular because this was for John to write the book of Revelation and pass it on to all servants or saints. This book was hard to understand since it was written. The fact about this book is that it has a small piece missing. That piece is that the Holy Spirit will not open this book to our knowledge until we are pretty much in it. But these days, we can see so many things happening that we start to believe the end times is here. Do I know when? Does anyone know when? Only one person knows, and it is God. If you read the bible as a whole and then incorporate Revelation's book, you will see some light about end times. Now integrate what is going on around the world, and you might conclude that the end times are very close. Am I here to scare you? Not at all. Jesus said he would come back. Jesus wrote the book of Revelation for a reason. It is up to each one of us to see something. It is always better to do this with other people. Then you will have a real discussion.

What happened when God picks you from darkness? That is what He says, "But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people of his own, so that you may proclaim the virtues of the one who called you out of darkness into his marvellous light (1 Peter 2:9)." That is how your Father in Heaven is pleased with you.

Now that you know how God will protect you, are you ready to make a difference in your life? Are you prepared to see how God will help you minute after minute? If you are ready, then follow me.

Salvation is for people who have decided from the bottom of the heart, soul, mind, and strength to be part of Jesus family and with that eternal life. If you decided to stay away from God, that is fine, it is your decision.
Please click on this link, so will know what you and others will have to face during the Tribulation.

There is only one way for the Holy Spirit to dwell in you, and there is only one way to get to heaven. That is by accepting Jesus. First, you need to believe in Jesus. Next, you ask Jesus that you want to repent and start anew. Ask Jesus to cleanse all your sins. Reading the words is one thing. Your intention comes from the word through your heart and soul.

Passages from the bible:
Romans 3:10-23, Romans 5:12, Romans 5:8, Romans 6:23, Romans 10:13, Revelation 3:20, Romans 10:17, Matthew 10:32-33

This passage will make your covenant truly part of Jesus:
1 Peter 1:16-25
16 for it is written, "You shall be holy, because I am holy."
17 And if you address as Father the one who impartially judges according to each one's work, live out the time of your temporary residence here in reverence.
18 You know that from your empty way of life inherited from your ancestors you were ransomed not by perishable things like silver or gold,
19 but by precious blood like that of an unblemished and spotless lamb, namely Christ.
20 He was foreknown before the foundation of the world but was manifested in these last times for your sake.
21 Through him you now trust in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.
22 You have purified your souls by obeying the truth in order to show sincere mutual love. So love one another earnestly from a pure heart.
23 You have been born anew, not from perishable but from imperishable seed, through the living and enduring word of God.
24 For all flesh is like grass and all its glory like the flower of the grass; the grass withers and the flower falls off,
25 but the word of the Lord endures forever. And this is the word that was proclaimed to you.

Warning to everyone:
Therefore, Whosoever shall confess Me before men, him will I also confess before my Father which is in Heaven. But whosoever shall deny Me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in Heaven.

The path:
As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one. For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Wherefore, as by one men sin entered into the world, and death by sin, and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned. But God demonstrated His love toward us in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. For the wages, if sin is death; but the gift of God shall call upon the name of the Lord. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and shall believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart, men believe unto righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation. Behold I stand at the door, and knock; if any man hears my voice, and open the door, I will come into him and will eat with him, and he with me. So then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.

The Salvation prayer:
I accept you Lord Jesus as my saviour. I confess that You, Jesus Christ, in my life. I believe You have been risen from the dead. I repent and turn from my wicked ways. You shed Your blood on the cross for my sins. I have been a sinner, and I recognize I can't save myself. Lord Jesus, I trust in you right now to save me from all hellfire and, above all, take me into your Heavenly Kingdom. Thank you for my salvation, Lord. I want the best I can have from You, in your precious name, Amen.
