Hi, I am Claude and welcome to Acts.net.

This topics "Gentiles" has 17 chapters that we will be walking through together.

Acts 10, Acts 11:1-18, Acts 14:27, Acts 15:7-9, Acts 17:22-27, Acts 18:4-6,
Acts 28:28, Romans 15:9-12, Ephesians 2:11-22, Isaiah 6:9-13, Isaiah 60:3,
Luke 13:29, Romans 1:16, Revelation 7:9, Romans 11:12, Ephesians 2:1-22, Revelation 3:14-22

It seems that when the disciples were getting close to having brought the word of God to all the people of Israel, God showed Peter that he was not done yet. God showed him that everything from that moment on is clean, meaning that Gentiles worldwide are eligible to become part of the family of God.

In the eyes of the Jewish nation, there were two kinds of people on Earth. The first one being Israel, and the second. They were all wrapped into one body, and that was the Gentiles. It did not matter if you were from Germany, Africa, India, Egypt, Turkey. You were all in the same category again. That was Gentiles. So now Peter had the biggest work that Jesus could ask him, to bring His words to everyone on Earth, which he started without rejection or complaining.

We come to God, and then we stay home and praise Him. We do our worldly stuff and think all this is good. God said pick one side, or you will be sorry to be in the middle of being lukewarm (Revelation 3:14-22). We must choose that side before we die.

Jesus knew he could count on the twelve to continue the journey. What about you? Can you show one person the way to the other realm? The realm where God and all of His family live. To be able to do what the disciples were doing right after Jesus left earth. It is a hard thing to do. It takes a special breed of people to go and talk to anyone, especially about God. The thing is that God is not expecting you to do all the work. He only expects that you will be strong with Him. Humans always expect something from one to another. You do this project, and you get that for rewards. God asks if you would like to help. If you say not this time, or no, He goes to someone else, and he will never be upset with you. Just know that the Holy Spirit will grieve because He loves to do what God asked. God knows all humans since the first day of creation. He knows how you are going to do. We still have to make a decision. So freewill is there in our hearts. If God did not give us free will, how are we to choose between God and away from God.

Here in Acts 14:27, the disciples announced that God helped them bring His words to the Gentiles, and many came to Him in faith. That is what we should hear in today's church. Not someone speaking about a few verses and missing the biggest highlight of the service. The highlight of the church is to bring people to God. To show them the way. To show them what is at stake. Do you remember how it was when you came to God? How much time did you spend reading the bible? Talking to people and not worrying about the consequences, and because God watched you were ok with all of the pressure. God loves what you are doing for Him, and he still loves you if you decide to take a break.

Here is another that might hit the spot. Acts 15:7-9, "After there had been much debate, Peter stood up and said to them, “Brothers, you know that some time ago God chose me to preach to the Gentiles so they would hear the message of the gospel and believe. And God, who knows the heart, has testified to them by giving them the Holy Spirit just as he did to us, and he made no distinction between them and us, cleansing their hearts by faith. "

See, we are all the same in God's eyes. The only thing God loves to hear is your heartbeat. He hopes that you will get stronger with time and with more confidence to go out of your shell and start sharing your story from your heart and let them decide what they want to do next. Always know this, God will use many people to help and encourage unsaved people to decide to come home. Here is a fictional story, Jimmy talks to Steph, and he mentioned how much he loves God, and then he tells his testimony. Steph listens with full attention and then decides to come to God and says the Salvation prayer. Jimmy is excited for Steph, and he tells a few people. Right then, this is encouraging other Christians to do the same. Then Jimmy finds out that others talked to Steph. Still, Steph always had the same reply, and that was not today, not interested. I feel comfortable where I am. I do not believe in other realms. We have no idea what Steph was thinking or how did he change his mind. So never stop praying and never think you are alone.

This is what the Holy Spirit spoke rightly to your ancestors through the prophet Isaiah when he said (Isaiah 6:9-13):

'Go to this people and say,'
“You will keep on hearing, but will never understand,
and you will keep on looking, but will never perceive.
For the heart of this people has become dull,
and their ears are hard of hearing,
and they have closed their eyes,
so that they would not see with their eyes
and hear with their ears
and understand with their heart
and turn, and I would heal them.”

It is hard to think that even in Isaiah's days, they were going through a similar issue. Paul is going through the same thing with the Jewish people, and he said to them (Acts 28:28):
"Therefore be advised that this salvation from God has been sent to the Gentiles; they will listen!"

Today Christians are noticing the same issues. People are too busy to think of God. They will make all kinds of excuses. With that comes those who do listen. Those people whose hearts are open. The heart of caring for others. The heart of compassion. The heart of just doing something right. There are still people around the world who needs to hear God's voice through our mouth. There are still some Hebrews and Gentiles who have not heard about Jesus. The field is ready for picking, and we are not done. God is coming. It could be today or tomorrow. Just the fact that you have tried means a lot to God. He can work with that and bring more people to help you.

Have you made that decision? Have you thought about the next realm? Are you still busy that you wish not to be disturbed? Remember that when God is coming to get His Church out of this realm, then it is all over. Please think about what you could be missing.

Let me read one more passage that might help you more, and it comes from Ephesians 2:11-22,

"11 Therefore remember that formerly you, the Gentiles in the flesh—who are called “uncircumcision” by the so-called “circumcision” that is performed on the body by human hands— 12 that you were at that time without the Messiah, alienated from the citizenship of Israel and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. 13 But now in Christ Jesus you who used to be far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ. 14 For he is our peace, the one who made both groups into one and who destroyed the middle wall of partition, the hostility, 15 when he nullified in his flesh the law of commandments in decrees. He did this to create in himself one new man out of two, thus making peace, 16 and to reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by which the hostility has been killed. 17 And he came and preached peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near, 18 so that through him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father. 19 So then you are no longer foreigners and noncitizens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of God’s household, 20 because you have been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the cornerstone. 21 In him the whole building, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, 22 in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling place of God in the Spirit. "

Salvation is for people who have decided from the bottom of the heart, soul, mind, and strength to be part of Jesus family and with that eternal life. If you decided to stay away from God, that is fine, it is your decision.
Please click on this link, so will know what you and others will have to face during the Tribulation.

There is only one way for the Holy Spirit to dwell in you, and there is only one way to get to heaven. That is by accepting Jesus. First, you need to believe in Jesus. Next, you ask Jesus that you want to repent and start anew. Ask Jesus to cleanse all your sins. Reading the words is one thing. Your intention comes from the word through your heart and soul.

Passages from the bible:
Romans 3:10-23, Romans 5:12, Romans 5:8, Romans 6:23, Romans 10:13, Revelation 3:20, Romans 10:17, Matthew 10:32-33

This passage will make your covenant truly part of Jesus:
1 Peter 1:16-25
16 for it is written, "You shall be holy, because I am holy."
17 And if you address as Father the one who impartially judges according to each one's work, live out the time of your temporary residence here in reverence.
18 You know that from your empty way of life inherited from your ancestors you were ransomed not by perishable things like silver or gold,
19 but by precious blood like that of an unblemished and spotless lamb, namely Christ.
20 He was foreknown before the foundation of the world but was manifested in these last times for your sake.
21 Through him you now trust in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.
22 You have purified your souls by obeying the truth in order to show sincere mutual love. So love one another earnestly from a pure heart.
23 You have been born anew, not from perishable but from imperishable seed, through the living and enduring word of God.
24 For all flesh is like grass and all its glory like the flower of the grass; the grass withers and the flower falls off,
25 but the word of the Lord endures forever. And this is the word that was proclaimed to you.

Warning to everyone:
Therefore, Whosoever shall confess Me before men, him will I also confess before my Father which is in Heaven. But whosoever shall deny Me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in Heaven.

The path:
As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one. For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Wherefore, as by one men sin entered into the world, and death by sin, and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned. But God demonstrated His love toward us in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. For the wages, if sin is death; but the gift of God shall call upon the name of the Lord. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and shall believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart, men believe unto righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation. Behold I stand at the door, and knock; if any man hears my voice, and open the door, I will come into him and will eat with him, and he with me. So then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.

The Salvation prayer:
I accept you Lord Jesus as my saviour. I confess that You, Jesus Christ, in my life. I believe You have been risen from the dead. I repent and turn from my wicked ways. You shed Your blood on the cross for my sins. I have been a sinner, and I recognize I can't save myself. Lord Jesus, I trust in you right now to save me from all hellfire and, above all, take me into your Heavenly Kingdom. Thank you for my salvation, Lord. I want the best I can have from You, in your precious name, Amen.
